On Tuesday evening, conference participants stepped away from the lecture halls for a taste of Austrian tradition at the Fuhrgassl-Huber Heurigen.
The evening featured a traditional Austrian buffet dinner, offering participants the opportunity to enjoy local food, wine and the warm atmosphere of a Viennese Heurigen while continuing conversations and making connections beyond the conference programme.
The dinner was officially opened by Sascha Obrecht, representing the City of Vienna on behalf of the Mayor, who welcomed conference participants and marked the occasion with an opening speech.
