Who can become a member?
Membership of the Austrian Branch of the International Law Association is open to anyone who is engaged, academically or professionally, with questions of international law and who is committed to the promotion of international understanding.
Why become a member?
Membership entitles individuals to participate in the annual conferences and other events of the Association. In addition, members may attend events organized by the International Law Association and regularly receive its newsletter by email.
How to become a member:
Applications for membership are decided upon by the Board following a formal application. If you wish to join the Austrian Branch, please complete the membership application form available on the website of the International Law Association. When selecting the branch, please indicate Austria in order to be assigned to the Austrian Branch. Please also upload a current CV under “Documents”, demonstrating that you meet the membership requirements. We will then contact you in due course.
Membership fee: 50 € / year
